Are there any updates on this? we are re-launching success plans and this is a significant road block for adoption.

This would be a great functionality to have within Success Plans. Making certain fields required ensures users document critical information on their success plans without oversight.

+1 added here. This would be a great addition for our CSMs! Our use case is that our customers can sign multiple contracts with our company, so we’ve added a contract number on the plan details page for the CSMs to input which contract this plan is serving. There may be multiple contracts under each company or relationship record so this is our best option to link it. 

Like the others have mentioned, without having options to make a field mandatory, our CSMs will forget to input it and we’re left with gaps in our data & reporting.

Hi,

Is this coming soon.  There should be mandatory fields upon creation and closure of a success plan.
