    Hi,

Is this coming soon.  There should be mandatory fields upon creation and closure of a success plan.

Adding another vote and use case here — this is still very much a live pain point five years on.

We're currently building out Strategic Success Plans in Gainsight to track cross-functional initiatives (e.g., adoption goals, expansion opportunities, fuel/product-specific outcomes for our airline customers). Like others in this thread have noted, we rely on certain Plan Info fields being consistently populated for reporting and analysis  but without the ability to mark them as mandatory, we're seeing exactly the same issue Colette and John described back in 2019/2020: CSMs forget key fields, plans get closed with incomplete data, and re-opening a closed plan to fix a field impacts the close date and skews our time-to-completion metrics.

Given how many of us have hit this same wall (product name, plan type, key fields for reporting) over the past several years, is there any visibility into whether this is still being evaluated for the roadmap?

Would love to understand if there's a technical blocker on the Success Plan object specifically, since I understand CTA/Cockpit fields already support mandatory field enforcement via layout settings so the capability clearly exists elsewhere in the platform.
