Success Plan Objective Identification and Assignment issues

Currently when creating Objectives via rule you cannot assign them independently of the Success Plan owner and you cannot add a token to the Objective name.  Additionally, Objective CTAs cannot be updated with a rule like other CTA Type to create an Objective that is assigned to someone other than the plan owner or with a token in the CTA Name.  This limits our ability to leverage automation for Objectives / Success Plans.  Please allow Objective CTAs to be assigned and named like other CTA Types.
