With Success Plans you can create pre-built templates that allow you to toggle if the Objectives should be shared or not when the template is applied.
However, custom added objectives are shared by default. It would be great to have the option to require the sharing to be opt IN instead of opt OUT, even if it is something that needs to be set up by an admin (on a global or SP level) rather than a wholesale change.
While non-objective CTAs are better managed out of the cockpit, there are cases where you want related CTAs attached to that success plan but you don’t wish to share them (they may be for another team etc).
This would be both for the current system and Success Plan Horizon Experience.
