Success Plan Rule Action ID FIeld

Call to Action has a Rule action ID field - this enables you to see what actions are creating what CTAs. While only having the Id (as the name implies) is a bit annoying, it is still useful so you can disambiguate exactly what action created what CTA.

I would like the same function for Success Plans. Why it’s not on there is beyond me, but having this kind of functionality for an artifact that can be created via rule would be great.
