Hello,
at the moment, it isn’t possible to report on which Success Plan has been shared with external contacts.
We do have the User Shared Detail object, but that only indicates whether something was shared with an external user, it doesn’t specify the Success Plan.
Currently, the only way to view this information is through the Success Plan Sharing section, which not everyone has access to.
It would be helpful to make this information more easily visible and reportable.
