Suggestion Mode: Ability to Show and Auto-Map Only Newly Detected Features Since Last Session
Currently, Suggestion Mode in Product Mapper analyzes the full product and suggests a feature tree based on all detected URLs and clickable elements. However, customers with frequent release cycles (e.g., bi-weekly) have no way to filter suggestions to show only features that are new since the last mapping session.
Use Case: A customer using Suggestion Mode for all their instrumentation wants to run it after each bi-weekly release and see only the net-new features detected — not the entire product tree again. Today, Suggestion Mode re-surfaces everything, making it difficult and time-consuming to identify what's actually new.
Request: Enhance Suggestion Mode to include a "What's New" or "Delta View" option that:
- Compares the current product scan against the last saved Product Map
- Surfaces only features/URLs that have been newly detected since the last session
- Allows the admin to review and auto-map only those new features with one click
Expected Benefit: This would make Product Mapper maintenance significantly easier for teams with agile release cycles, reducing the time spent reviewing already-mapped features and ensuring new features are instrumented quickly after each release — without requiring manual review of the entire product tree.
