Summary Ribbon Cockpit widget should show "0" instead of "No data available"

When looking at the Summary Ribbon in new Home and the out of the box Cockpit widget reports you may notice the "No data available" text and icon if there are no CTAs in any category. While I understand why this would be the case when using a custom KPI report, in this scenario it would be way more user friendly if it just kept the uniform logo in the UI and said "0".
