Support articles for Success Plan Configuration need to be updated for NXT/Horizon
The support documentation for Success Plan Configuration is in need of an update; all the screenshots are from the legacy version and the written gudiance doesn’t match what is the current state within GS NXT/Horizon.
For example, assigning an existing Objective Category value to a Success Plan template is not intuitive and this documentation doesn’t show how to do it. We eventually figured it out, but at the expense of wasted time searching for the process.
