Support/enable user entity programs in x-org migration

Hi Team,

Currently we are not supporting the user entity programs in x-org migration.

Amplitude has use case where they are looking for an option to migrate the user entity programs through x-org.

It would be really helpful if team can consider to implement this as part of future releases.
