Support sending transactional (CSAT) surveys in email assist
There is no way to send out transactional surveys in email assist. Use case: Customer wants to send out a survey to a list of contacts as and when necessary in an ad-hoc manner. The survey needs to be associated with a project because it is a CSAT survey.
The customers wants to use the email assist functionality to send out these surveys associated with a project. Currently, this is not possible, not even with a linked object (Project being the linked object in the CTA).
Are there any plans to improve this functionality?
