Support Union field in "field cascade" in Data Designer / HR

Data Designer (and rules engine) do not support “cascading” a field added post design to all tasks in a design (in the branch that goes down) when there is one or more Union tasks in the design.

We were unable to automatically cascade the newly added fields because Design Hierarchy contains the following task type that is not supported. UNION. Please add the fields manually to the subsequent Datasets

Might we ask that:

1. Union tasks be supported in the cascade feature

OR

2. Cascading is performed all the way down to the task preceding the Union task (at least). Currently, cascading simply doesn’t work at all and that would be better than nothing.
