Sync Gainsight CC Search Log Data (Search Analytics) to Gainsight CS via the Standard Connector.

Use Case / Business Goal
 

Customer HENNGE K.K. would like to create reports in Gainsight CS to monitor search behavior, including search count, search keywords, and zero-result searches, categorized by Company and User.

This data would help their CSMs identify customer pain points, knowledge gaps, and potential risk signals in real time.

Currently, Search Log Data (Search Analytics) from Gainsight CC is not syncing to Gainsight CS and, therefore, cannot be used for reporting purposes.

The customer would like to submit an enhancement request to enable Gainsight CC Search Log Data (Search Analytics) to sync to Gainsight CS through the Standard Connector.
