We’ve had a request to be able to sync Google Tasks that are created on a CSM google calendar into the calendar widget/report on Gainsight home. This would allow the CSM to see additional details of their calendar and provide more organization within Gainsight so they could avoid going back to their google calender.
Ideally it would be great when someone is syncing their calendar in their Gainsight settings for them to select which type of activitites they want to sync over. This would allow them to choose the most important activity types for managing their calendar in Gainsight.
