We’d like to be able to include tables in our Journey Orchestrator emails that are formatted approrpriately, e.g. dollar signs and commas are important formatting details that are not included in tables now when we send these emails and it makes them very hard to read. 

@cbrill could you please attach a screenshot for better understanding.

@cbrill Good call on this. We have a in-line report similar to your screenshot and I never noticed the currency is removed. When you are configuring the report in the Program editor for the email, it DOES show.

we have released new reporting component post which i am not seeing this issue, can you please confirm if you get a chance to BETA it and reproduce this?


Hi @chethana  - I just submitted a ticket for this issue and noticed this may have been fixed via a new reporting component? Can you point me to that so I can verify this issue still exists?

 

Not having commas in our inline reports makes it very difficult for clients to read.

Yes!! Left-justified with no commas is the least ideal way to read numbers! We had a report returning numbers in the thousands and millions and it looked awful.

 

The workaround I came up with was to duplicate the reports used in the email, update the numeric summarizations to Thousands (K), and replace the reports. Not only was the team able to read these numbers better, JO magically supported commas in numbers all of a sudden!
