Terms and Conditions Accessible to User Registration
Hi, team.
We’d like the ability to make the Terms and Conditions page publicly accessible during registration, even when Platform Visibility is set to Private.
Our Platform Visibility is set to Private, so only registered users can access any content in the community.
During the user registration process, there is a link and requirement to accept the Terms and Conditions.
However, the Terms and Conditions page is located inside the community and is only viewable by logged-in users.
As a result, users are asked to agree to terms they cannot access or review at the time of registration.
We know the method described in the URL reply to the question post below.
However we'd like you to make improvements to allow non-logged in users to access the terms and conditions without the additional settings described in that reply and with the current Private settings.
Our goal is to provide a seamless and consistent user experience during registration, without redirecting users outside the platform.
Hosting the terms within the platform also enhances trust and simplifies maintenance by avoiding the need to manage external content.
