Text questions: Ability to set input restrictions

Similar to this idea 

but for survey questions.

Use case: we are requesting the respondent to confirm the main contact’s work email address, so it has to contain “@” but can’t contain “@gmail.com”

Another use case I can think of is confirming a phone number that we know beforehand it has to have 10 digits. Although we can avoid special characters by setting the Control Type to number, we can’t minimize human error by limiting the number of characters.
