Time zones - Feature parity needed between Rules Engine and Data Designer

Time zones management is very different between Rules Engine and Data Designer. Couldn’t be standardized, and use the same, simplified, Rules Engine UI?
There are some minor naming differences, but the dropdown is the main difference (pain point) between the two:
 

In Data Designer we have a very long dropdown list; it s possible to type into the search bar with a Basic Scheduler, but not when using Cron Expressions.
