Timeframe suggestion

In Staircase AI option for the Timeframe should be relative to the summary information being provided in a report. For example how can I see the top churn reasons in January vs April if a timeframe option isn't available? Also, when I download the data the Issues and Accounts are all in 1 cell. This is not useable to compare and make use of at this time.
