Timeline Sync Improved effectiveness

It would be great if the timeline integrations tab had two improvements:

1.  The button to download reports is very sensitive and has to be clicked in the exact location.  This frequently causes edits rather than downloads.  It would be nice if the button was more easily accessible.
2. When records fail, it would be ideal if there was a complete list regardless of the cause.  Even if the cause itself cannot be identified, it would improve troubleshooting if an entire list of failed IDs were listed.
