Can we raise an enhancement request to allow tagging CTAs regardless of whether they were created under C360 or R360 records.
Current logic:
We cannot associate a Timeline activity with CTAs from a different entity type (e.g., C360 Timeline entry cannot be linked to R360 CTAs, and vice versa)
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
