To allow tagging CTAs regardless of whether they were created under C360 or R360.
Hello Team,
Can we raise an enhancement request to allow tagging CTAs regardless of whether they were created under C360 or R360 records.
Current logic:
We cannot associate a Timeline activity with CTAs from a different entity type (e.g., C360 Timeline entry cannot be linked to R360 CTAs, and vice versa)
