To Track the changes in People Map

Hi Team,

Since people maps is in C360 and all users who have access to Gainsight can edit them and change the view. So the admin or CSM are facing a problem where he is adding few users to People maps as per need and after couple of days this is being changed and they cannot identify on who are making these  changes.

 

So can we have a track on people maps where the changes can be tracked by modified name and date and store this History. This will help admins & CSM’s to set the expectations to their internal users and track them.

    @prathap I think field history across the platform would be great and is something that has popped up on here as well. Check out this post 

    and add a comment for your use case and give it a vote to increase visibility to increase the chance of it happening and addressing your need.

        Hi @prathap 

        We have this planned for the roadmap.

        The work around possible right now would be to use the modified by attribute for the Company Person record. This is not very intuitive, but any change made to people maps is currently tracked in the Company Person object.

        We will soon have auditing for actions performed on People Maps
