We strive for customer communication consistency no matter the place an email originated. It’s a big miss that Gainsight CS doesn’t natively have a way for users to manage/import email signatures to match exact styling format as seen in Outlook/etc. If there could be a way for the CSM to manage email signatures in there user profile that would great! Then give Admins the ability to access that field as a token mapped in email templates.
