Topic Lists Clickable

This is for both Topic Breakdown and Accounts Metrics Views:

In Topic breakdown, I would like to be able to click a row (customer) and either have it expand with the items I click on, or just have the whole row expand with each of the items here:

Clicking on the spyglass is cute, but you have to really know where to find it and what it does.

On Account Metrics view:

Very similar request, let me expand the row or expand the item I click on 

If I click on the customer name, it takes you to the overview page, not the specific items I was looking at. I think Open Items gets you there, but again it’s not clear if that’s even the same thing (I currently have limited data so I’m not sure).

While both have the heatmap at the top of their respective pages, I think they’ll get clunky the more data you get, and in some cases you want to be looking at the list, so forcing users to scroll back up to the heatmap isn’t super ideal either.
