The ability to track email replies is a necessity for us to efficiently run our Growth CSM side of the business. I noticed this idea came up in the community over 7 years ago and I still don’t see an update from Gainsight team. Outside of open/click rates, is there a plan to add the ability to track if an email was replied to? So we can take action off of that reply ouctome from the email element within a JO step.
