Currently, we have a JO program that triggers a case satisfaction survey 24 hours after a case closes. We’ve been told that there is no way to time the survey to go out sooner - more closely to the case closing. I’m wondering if that is an enhancement that could be considered for the future? I believe part of the poor response rate is that the survey is lost given it goes out 24 hours later. Not the full reason for poor response rate, but could help increase responses.
