UI Translation functionality

As a global organization, we have a number of users from countries where English may be spoken but is not the primary language (Japan, South Korea, etc.). As of now, neither Gainsight CS nor Staircase offer UI translation options which impacts their usability of the tool in a comfortable fashion. 

What’s worse is that, while there are some potential AI-powered translation options (namely in Staircase) they are

• Limited to AI-generated information vs. UI or communications
• Org-wide vs. user-to-user which negates the functionality for a global organization

While third party extensions are available, that opens the door to further PII & business data concerns. We’d love to see Gainsight implement better translation options to support these types of users.
