Under Rules Engine/Rules List - Add "Rule Chain" as an option

Under Rules Engine/Rules List - Add "Rule Chain" as an option to choose when under Search in order to Display, Rule Chain in results.

It will save users a lot of time to be able to Search by "Rule Chain" within Rules List and not need to go to Rules Engine/Rule Chain to verify which Rules are associated to which Rule Chains.
