Unify identities across CC and Control

Because CC (front end) and Control treat identities as separate, we’ve had to configure and maintain two separate provisioning paths for employees, and they must authenticate separately into each area depending on their job to be done. We use an enterprise IDP for employee SSO, and this process creates significant confusion, both in initial provisioning and subsequent daily/weekly use. We would love to see CC and Control have native SSO and identity management, such that employees only need to authenticate once in either “direction” between CC <> Control.
