Upon creation of a CTA from Timeline record to have auto association of that Timeline note to the CTA

Hi Team,

We have a use case where Timeline entries create Risk CTAs for our CSMs, and we would like the Timeline note to be automatically associated with the CTA it creates. Currently, the note is pasted into the CTA Comments, and the CSM has to manually associate the first Risk note (which could be recorded during a call, email, etc.).

However, we also track the latest Risk CTA updates or entries, and there is no timestamp for the CTA Comment that can be used for tracking. The idea is to enable tracking of the latest Timeline note on a Risk CTA by using associated records, allowing us to reference the Max created date of the note. This would help ensure that if the initial note is the latest recorded, we can easily pull that note for reporting.
