In efforts to streamline comms to CSMs, we often leverage JO to send an internal email. It would be great to push this comm to Sally Slack bc email will get bogged down. Our team does not engage well with CTAs, they tend to get over leveraged and not updated making the open CTAs more noise than helpful.
We have certain fields we would like the CSM to maintain and if we notice they are “out of compliance” give a quick Slack ping
