Use Salesforce Account IDs in Dynamic JO

I’m trying to migrate a few of our advanced programs to Dynamic JO to take advantage of the ability to send multiple times a day, but running into some problems because I can’t use Salesforce Account ID in place of the Company GSID.  For context, the program is for post-case CSAT survey sends, and uses ONLY SFDC data to send currently, so I don’t have any Gainsight information included in the Advanced Program today.
