Use transcript to assign attendance for the stakeholder

Hello Team,

One of the customers has been heavily relying on the user and stakeholder multithreading scores in the Gainsight health scorecard.

However, they have discovered that the Staircase system treats users as actively engaged even if they only approve a meeting series but never attend or leave the organization. Additionally, users may be counted as engaged if they are part of an email distribution list, even if they never respond to or send any emails.

It would be better to use call attendance when available instead of calendar acceptance.
