User Feature Match standard S3 report

Currently, there is a ‘User Daily Feature Matches’ standard S3 report with daily rollups of feature use, but ideally we would have a ‘User Feature Matches’ report that includes each individual feature use event as a single line item, including the timestamp of the event, the user identifier, as well as any global context fields attached to the feature use event. 

This report would function similarly to the ‘User Custom Events’ report, which includes a unique line item for each use of the custom events, along with their custom attributes and global context fields, but for feature use instead of custom events.
