User Management Permissions

It would be helpful to the customers to be able to create permissions for different roles and be able to see which users are assigned which permission sets without having to edit that user.

      It would be very helpful if we could create roles with sets of permissions. That would make it much easier to create users for our needs.

      It would also be great to be able to create a new user based off of the permissions of a current user.

        We are now having many individuals requesting access to Gainsight, and it is very hard to manage access without roles.  Here are a examples of two roles that I would create:

        • Content creator
          • Analytics: Viewer
          • Knowledge Center: Manager, Editor, Viewer
          • Engagement: Manager, Editor, Viewer
          • Labels: Manager, Viewer
        • Lead content creator
          • Analytics: Viewer
          • Knowledge Center: Production Launcher, Manager, Editor, Viewer
          • Engagement:  Production Launcher, Manager, Editor, Viewer
          • Labels: Manager, Viewer

        At a minimum, the roles would be used to create the user with the needed permissions. But, ideally, the person would be assigned the role, so that we can tweak permissions as needed.
