User Overview - add numeric filters

We have various custom profile fields and it’s great to be able to filter on those. However, some of those fields are numeric (for example, the number of webinars a user has attended) and it would be great to be able to filter these more numerically.

For example, I want to filter where WebinarCount > 100 but it’s only possible to do text-type searches.
