The user overview in Control is setup to search by User ID or email.

My trouble is each of those fields might not correspond to someone’s actual name; they might choose an alias or fun username for each.

So when I go to find someone I know by their first/last name, I cannot find them if their name is not in either their user ID or email address.

With our new and improved filters on the User overview, you can now find users by any profile field (eg. First name, Last name, Company, etc.) 🚀

@Sebastian That sounds great, but I don’t see profile fields for First Name and Last Name. Are those now native to the platform (and I can’t see them!) or do I need to create custom fields?

@Scott Edwards That’s correct! First and last name are not native to the platform, and need to be added as custom profile fields if you don’t have them already.
