We have run into this issue in Reports and Adoption Explorer, it is not clear that the “Company Time Series Daily” Object and other Daily objects from PX, only store data for 90 days, and that you have to use Weekly objects if you need data prior to 90 days.
This issue has caused users and management to question data integrity, when it was something that was easily avoided. To emphasize that this is an issue that even the GS team has limited experience on, we had a ticket open about this topic for over a month with 5 different support reps responding that they were searching for the answer. My request is that there be a pop-up or some form of very clear communication to the limitations of certain data objects, both on the reporting side as well as in AE and what our end users see. Of course, I would prefer if the data was aggregated forever but that feels like a much bigger ask than just a notification.

This is a highly problematic situation -- it’s clear Gainsight itself doesn’t have clarity here from the Support experience, and IMO the data should be aggregated forever (or for a long time). Storage is cheap, please just do it.
