Utilize Article Interaction Clicks as Input into Engagement
Having the ability to use article clicks as input into engagements would be very useful. The use case is that we have an article that describes a new feature / marketplace product and I would like to launch a downstream engagement (i.e. email or in-app guide) following up on that interest.
