Varying Survey Thank You Messages Based on Response Submitted

As customers respond and submit Gainsight Surveys a “Thank you” message is displayed on the survey submission Landing Page. A feature to customize the post submission message based on their selected survey response would be valuable to inform the customers on what happens next based on their selected survey responses.

I do realize that this can be achieved by sending an email via the JO program post survey but the objective here is to reduce the number of emails customers receive and looking at an In-App method to achieve this.
