With the current design of P360 , we are not showing the timeline records of type Automated program.
Valuize reached out to support that they would like to have the timeline records of type Automated program displayed in P360.Please check and consider this request to add the required functionality as requested by customer.

+13Much needed. Timeline needs to behave consistently everywhere, and the JO widget (which by the way is just strange as we have to over to see information about what programs users are in) doesn’t do the trick.

+4I’m disappointed this wasn’t factored in when adding this functionality. Why would I want to see a timeline entry on the C360 and NOT the P360 when it was a person who received the email? Very strange. Anything we can do to fix it, would be great.
