View Activity Timelines Created Through Automated Program in P360

Hi Team,

With the current design of P360 , we are not showing the timeline records of type Automated program.

Valuize reached out to support that they would like to have the timeline records of type Automated program displayed in P360.Please check and consider this request to add the required functionality as requested by customer.

    yes, it’s an interaction w/ a client, it should also be included in the Timeline history.

        Much needed. Timeline needs to behave consistently everywhere, and the JO widget (which by the way is just strange as we have to over to see information about what programs users are in) doesn’t do the trick. 

        The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.

          I’m disappointed this wasn’t factored in when adding this functionality. Why would I want to see a timeline entry on the C360 and NOT the P360 when it was a person who received the email? Very strange. Anything we can do to fix it, would be great.

            ​@pgeorge I saw you commented on another related P360 enhancement request - wondering if there’s any update for this functionality? Echoing everyone above that timeline behavior needs to be same across record types. 🙌🏻
