View Logic in Horizon Rules without opening each individual task/action in edit mode

In Bionic Rules, you used to be able to view the “Rule Setup”  without having to go into edit mode, which was a quick and easy way to check rule logic/filters and action configuration.  

Now it seems in order to look at the logic you have to: click edit for each individual data task and/or action.

It would be great if, when opening up an existing Horizon Rule, you had a “View Only” mode again (instead of just immediately taking you into “Edit Design” mode) where you could view the summary for each task/action and get a quick peek at the configuration without having to open up each one in edit mode individually.
