Our team is moving our product update customer comms to the Community which I’m very excited about.
The one thing our Marketing Ops team would like to see are metrics around the automated Product Update Email Notification. So when we post a new product update and an automated system email gets sent to our subscribed customers, our team would like to see:
- Deliverability rate
- Who didn’t receive the email
- Open rate
- Click rate
- Unsubscribe rate
- View a list of people who have subscribed to the Product Updates page
