Depending on the web browser one uses, sometimes there’s an option to simply open and view an attachment and/or download the attachment. For example, when using Edge, I click on an attachment and my. browser allows me to either open it or download it. But for my co-worker who uses Chrome, when she clicks on the attachment, it automatically downloads it. Sometimes she just wanted to view the document.

Is it possible to create an in-app option that gives you the option to view or download an attachment when you click on it?
