View which users have opened a specific article or clicked on a post

Hi @JessicaMendez! Thank you for sharing this idea 😃 On which page would you find this information most helpful? e.g. on the article page itself in Control, on the list of Popular topics in the Content dashboard?

Maybe to clarify a bit further my question - On which page in Control are you checking the top performing articles and would find most useful to see who are the users who viewed the article?

Great question @Cristina ! I’d like to see it in the Article Page in Control so I can see the views in all topics, not just the most popular topics.

@Cristina as InSided evolves to the hub for all CS interactions, it will become increasingly important to understand which customers are interacting with which pieces of content.

As this capability matures, we’ll be able to take more control of the customer journey, imagine converting page views into a list for marketing or writing them back to SFDC to be picked up by gainsight.
