It’s super awesome that we can toggle individual Actions on/off in HRE, that was a great enhancement. I had a minor suggestion for a change to the UI that will help us safely use that new feature.

Currently, the only place to see whether an Action is on or off is by opening the actual Action branch page to check the toggle there. It would be fantastic to see a visual indicator that certain Actions are disabled in a branch from the higher level view as well.

Current view. One of these is disabled. Guess which one?

Simple mock-up for what this might look like…

Obviously this will help admins keep track of the config in rules - especially useful for multi-admin orgs, or new admins inheriting a existing org. I can’t see opening every rule, navigating to the Actions screen, and opening every individual Action branch to check the status.

100000000% yes. @bradley has a related post here with some other enhancements. It would be a huge timesaver if we could see the action status from this view.

I’m sure only Gainsters will be able to see this but I requested this same thing a year ago when HRE was in beta 😕 send help plz:

I’m sure only Gainsters will be able to see

Can confirm -- I’m not authorized to view that page!

(and if memory serves, most Gainsters can’t see it either...)

Hopefully the Horizon Rules post is visible to Gainsight employees who work with Horizon Rules even though it was in a beta group haha.

Obnoxiously though, if the longevity of an idea carries any weight with product and they can’t see the old idea, then blocking Beta group posts really punishes everyone for contributing early. “Hey we had an idea of something to improve before you rolled this out to customers”. Year later with no fix same idea comes up and then it’s like “wow we had no idea”? Kind of lame from a development perspective.

☝️This -- our CSM wasn’t able to see the original post I wrote during the JO dynamic program beta, most likely since she wasn’t part of that group in the community. Guessing the same applies here.

Maybe beta members get access to a private Google doc or something like that might work? 🤔
