We need be able to use quoted words/expressions in the search

I have been playing around with the federated search and have found that quoting search expressions makes absolutely no difference to the results or the order of the results….or rather, it doesn’t enable you to refine your search in this way.  

Since there is no feature to search for users, I am building this using the federated search. I have this working, but I wanted to see how I could best get this to work so that users can find other users based on certain criteria. I have indexed some sample criteria that people might want to use to search users, but this is not able to be used since I cannot carry out exact matches.

It would be really useful if you could introduce this.
