We should be able to include images in PM's

If we need to take something offline, we often request images of meters etc so we can see whats going on to help fix an issue for a customer. We cannot currently attach images or pictures to PM's so would be helpful if we could do this.

    This is a pretty old entry by now and the last update is 3 years ago. Is there any news regarding this idea? 🙂

      Hi @Jasper, I’m the PM for our Engagement team. Nice to meet you! We’re considering a rehaul of our PM feature in H2 of this year, but have yet to start discovery on this specifically. However, whichever way we take it, I’m sure we’ll allow attaching images at the bare minimum.
