Webhook event for Flagged Topics

use case: if this existed and provided the right meta data, we could automate an auto-trash of flagged topics/replies. 

For example, if the flag is from the original author and they put delete in the description, you could setup validation requirements that then automate the deletion of that post.

If we extend the Zapier trigger with the extended payload, would the Webhook still be useful for you?

@janina.woita Yes, that’s the ideal scenario with me. I’m making robust use of Zapier, so extending the payload would be the most efficient option. 

I see that that Zapier trigger for flagged content has been refreshed with the new Report Content feature. However, it seems the payload is the same. It does not include the same information that is sent via email, specifically

• Reporter information
  • ideally the type of data usually in user payloads for posts and replies
    • User Id -- most important
    • Username
  • I’d also recommend including some of the original author info you see in payloads for when someone replies to a topic, but that’s more of a nice-to-have
• Reason it was reported 

@janina.woita @Gainsight CC Team Are there any plans to extend the payload for that Zapier trigger and/or add a webhook for reported content, or is this idea still in the backlog?

For more context on my last reply, my first reply describes the use case I am keen to implement: automated deleting when reported by the post/reply author.

This would require ID of the reporter, as well as the author ID for the post/reply that is flagged. 

Impact:

• As a team of one, it’d save me time and manual tasks
• Better UX: I often get multiple requests to delete for the same post, as many of our users are in time zones ahead of me. They flag it again and again in the hours before I start work.
