Webhook event for Highlighted Reply
Whether or not a reply is highlighted is often in the payload for reply related API, but there’s no webhook event related to when the highlight action is taken by the moderator.
Potential Use Cases:
- Shared visibility among teams of community managers/moderators
- webhook would enable custom alert automations to team slack channels when a reply is highlighted
- with forthcoming roadmap enhancements for giving community moderators control access, you might see more highlights from moderators
- Gamification
- replies are highlighted for a reason (likely a high quality / high relevance reply)
- webhook would enable custom gamification automations for points or badges, rewarding users who contribute high quality replies, but that are not answers
